| Crews arrived on scene to find a tractor trailer on its side blocking the whole roadway. Driver was able to self-extricate and advised load contained some hazards material. 
Crews could not see into the trailer but had to visible leaks from the trailer. Due to the flammability of the load the Cumberland County HazMat team was requested to the scene.
Team 200 arrived and found no evidence of leaking when they were able to open the door to the trailer. After this tow and recovery operations started.
All emergency crews cleared the scene at 09:34.
